Job Description:
Technical Leadership: Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams, ensuring alignment with architectural best practices, design patterns, and coding standards.
Solution Design: Lead the design and architecture of Java-based solutions, leveraging Spring Boot for backend development and Angular for front-end development.
Hands-on Development: Participate in hands-on development activities, writing clean, efficient, and maintainable code using Java, Spring Boot, and Angular.
Code Review and Quality Assurance: Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and design principles. Implement quality assurance processes to maintain code quality.
Technical Strategy: Define and drive the technical strategy for projects, selecting appropriate technologies, frameworks, and design patterns to meet project requirements and business objectives.
Mentorship and Coaching: Mentor and coach team members, sharing knowledge and expertise in Java development, Spring Boot, Angular, and design patterns.
Collaboration: Collaborate closely with product managers, UI/UX designers, and other stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Problem-solving: Lead the resolution of complex technical challenges, leveraging your deep understanding of Java, Spring Boot, Angular, and design patterns.
Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, design documents, and API specifications.
