Responsibilities:
- Will be the Initial Point of Contact.
- Respond to user queries via email, ticketing system, Q & A forum, ensuring timely and accurate resolution of issues.
- Issue Diagnosis and ticket management.
- Logs, update and track issues in the ticketing system ensuring proper documentation and followups.
- Knowledge base contribution.
- Create and maintain user guides, FAQs and troubleshooting documents for common issues.
- Prepare operational status reports for client reporting
- Handle the first level of escalation if any.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Background in development using Java, Angular and SQL.
- Ability to write medium to complex SQL queries, navigate business logic code, look up source code for origin of error messages.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Problem-Solving: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
