Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Java Full Stack Developer with hands-on experience in Kafka and MongoDB to work on scalable application development. The role involves contributing to Alaka POC initiatives, building reliable systems, and ensuring high-quality backend solutions.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and implement scalable Java-based applications using Kafka and MongoDB
  • Analyze project requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions
  • Develop, enhance, and maintain high-quality code aligned with industry standards and best practices
  • Integrate Kafka-based messaging for reliable data streaming and processing
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application and system-level issues
  • Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement of code quality

Required Qualifications and Experience

  • Strong proficiency in Java programming and backend development
  • Hands-on experience with Apache Kafka for messaging and event-driven architectures
  • Experience working with MongoDB for data storage and retrieval
  • Exposure to Alaka POC projects or similar proof-of-concept initiatives is an added advantage
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a structured development environment
