About the Role
We are looking for a skilled Java Developer with strong PL/SQL expertiseto design, develop, and maintain scalable applications. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in backend development, database programming, and integration with enterprise systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain backend applications using Core Java / Java 8+.
- Write and optimize complex PL/SQL queries, stored procedures, functions, and packages.
- Perform data modeling, performance tuning, and debugging of SQL queries.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (QA, BA, Product) to understand requirements.
- Integrate Java applications with Oracle database and other system components.
- Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards.
- Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolutions.
- Contribute to the full SDLC including requirement analysis, design, development, and deployment.
Required Skills
Technical Skills:
- Strong experience in Core Java / Java 8+, OOP concepts, Collections, Multithreading.
- Proficiency in Oracle PL/SQL(queries, triggers, views, packages, procedures).
- Experience with REST/SOAP APIs.
- Familiarity with frameworks like Spring / Spring Boot(optional, depending on need).
- Exposure to JDBC, JPA/Hibernate.
- Strong understanding of RDBMS, query optimization, and performance tuning.
- Knowledge of version control toolslike Git.
- Understanding of build tools such as Maven/Gradle.
Soft Skills:
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
