Job Description

The Software Systems Engineer is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining critical computer systems software, including operating systems, networked systems, and database platforms. The role involves creating and optimizing software solutions, ensuring seamless integration with hardware, and fine-tuning applications for optimal performance. The engineer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues, ensuring system reliability and efficiency.

  • This role requires 8+ years of experience in software development and system engineering, along with a Bachelos degree in Computer Science or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Programming & Development
  • Expertise in Java, J2EE, SQL, and other relevant development technologies.
  • Strong understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and system integration.
  • Experience in developing and maintaining enterprise-level software systems.
  • Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) Knowledge
  • Hands-on experience with full SDLC, including requirement gathering, design, development, testing, and deployment.
  • Ability to write functional and technical specifications.
  • Troubleshooting & Problem-Solving
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to diagnose and resolve software issues efficiently.
  • Ability to debug and enhance system performance.
  • Technical Communication & Collaboration
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Project & Time Management
  • Proven ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
  • Self-motivated with strong time-management skills.
