Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Deliver training on Core Java concepts: OOPs, Exception Handling, Collections, Multithreading.
  • Train candidates on Advanced Java: JDBC, Servlets, JSP.
  • Provide hands-on training with Spring, Spring Boot, Hibernate (preferred).
  • Prepare training materials, assignments, and real-time project scenarios.
  • Conduct assessments, quizzes, and mock interviews.
  • Mentor trainees on coding standards, best practices, and career guidance.
  • Track trainee progress and provide performance feedback.
  • Support placement-oriented training if required.

Required Skills

  • Strong knowledge of Core Java & Advanced Java.
  • Hands-on experience with Spring / Spring Boot.
  • Good understanding of Hibernate / JPA.
  • Knowledge of RESTful APIs.
  • Basic exposure to SQL & databases (MySQL / Oracle).
  • Familiarity with Git, Maven, Gradle.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in corporate training or academic teaching.
  • Knowledge of Microservices architecture.
  • Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS / Azure).
  • Interview preparation and placement support experience.
