Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Java Developer – Trainer who can deliver high-quality training on Core and Advanced Java concepts along with relevant frameworks. The role focuses on providing practical, job-oriented training and preparing candidates for real-world development roles.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver training on Core Java, Advanced Java, and frameworks such as Spring and Hibernate
- Design and conduct practical sessions, assignments, and mock interviews
- Guide candidates from basic to intermediate/advanced levels
- Provide hands-on training on real-time projects and application development
- Address candidate queries and provide continuous mentorship
- Evaluate candidate progress and provide feedback for improvement
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Core Java, Advanced Java, Spring, and Hibernate
- Hands-on experience in real-world Java application development
- Good understanding of OOP concepts, collections, multithreading, and APIs
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to explain complex concepts in a simple and practical manner
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in training, mentoring, or teaching
- Experience in preparing candidates for job-oriented roles
- Exposure to industry best practices and coding standards
