Java Developer - Team Lead

Job Description Job Title: Technical Lead – Java (JSP/Struts/Spring Boot/Angular) (Backend) Location: Pune (Hybrid)

Required Skills & Experience:

Strong experience in Java, JSP, and Struts Framework Hands-on experience with Spring Boot and Angular Proficiency in SQL Server (queries, performance tuning, stored procedures) Solid understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) Experience in designing scalable and maintainable applications Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Prior experience in a Technical Lead / Senior Developer role Preferred Skills: Experience with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture Familiarity with version control tools (Git, SVN) Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices Knowledge of cloud platforms is a plus

Soft Skills: Strong leadership and mentoring abilities Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Ability to work independently and in a team environment
