Exp- 3 - 7 years

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-level applications usingJava, J2EE, and Struts framework.
  • Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and QA teams to understand requirements and deliver solutions.
  • ImplementMVC-based applicationsensuring scalability and maintainability.
  • Optimize application performance, troubleshoot issues, and provide bug fixes.
  • Work with relational databases (Oracle/MySQL/PostgreSQL) for backend integration.
  • Ensure compliance with coding standards, best practices, and security guidelines.
  • Participate incode reviews, testing, and deploymentactivities.
  • Contribute to migration and modernization projects (Struts to Spring MVC/Boot, if applicable).

Required Skills:

  • Strong programming skills inCore Java, J2EE.
  • Hands-on experience withStruts 1.x / 2.x framework.
  • Good understanding ofMVC architecture, Servlets, JSP, JDBC.
  • Experience withSQL, PL/SQLand relational databases.
  • Knowledge ofHTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQueryfor front-end integration.
  • Exposure toREST/SOAP Web Services.
  • Familiarity with build tools likeMaven/Gradleand version control (Git/SVN).
  • Strong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Exposure toSpring / Hibernateframeworks.
  • Experience withmigration from Struts to Spring Boot.
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus.
  • Agile/Scrum working experience.
