Job Summary

we are looking for a skilled java backend developer to play a hands-on role in designing and developing scalable java-based applications. the role also involves mentoring junior developers, gathering business requirements, and contributing to all phases of the software development lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

perform a hands-on development role while mentoring junior team members
gather requirements from stakeholders and prioritize them within sprint cycles
ensure the quality and timely delivery of software projects
design, implement, and maintain robust java-based applications
analyze user requirements and translate them into clear business objectives
envision application features and ensure alignment with business goals
propose enhancements to the existing java architecture and infrastructure
develop and document technical designs to support backend development
write clean, testable, and efficient code following best practices
prepare and manage software component releases
support continuous improvement by exploring new technologies and presenting findings
