Job Description

Job Summary

We are seeking a Java Software Engineer with Mandarin proficiency to join our global delivery team.

In this role, you will work closely with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders and cross-functional teams, contributing to the design, development, and enhancement of software applications in a dynamic international environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain applications using Java technologies
  • Analyze requirements and translate them into technical solutions
  • Ensure code quality through unit testing and best practices
  • Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and technical improvements
  • Collaborate with team members and Mandarin-speaking stakeholders
  • Troubleshoot issues and contribute to continuous improvement
  • Support implementation based on technical specifications and architecture

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related fields
  • 1–3 years of experience in Java development
  • Strong understanding of OOP principles and SDLC
  • Experience with Java and related technologies (e.g., SQL, APIs)
  • Good analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Effective communication and teamwork ability
  • Mandarin proficiency (spoken & written) is REQUIRED
  • English proficiency at working level is sufficient
