Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated Junior Java Software Engineer with Mandarin proficiency to join our international software development team in Vietnam.
This role is ideal for fresh graduates or entry-level candidates who are passionate about software development and able to communicate effectively in Mandarin to work with regional stakeholders.
You will gain hands-on experience in real projects and build a strong foundation in a fast-paced, professional environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain software applications using Java technologies
- Participate in coding, testing, and debugging activities
- Perform unit testing to ensure code quality and reliability
- Follow technical design, coding standards, and project documentation
- Participate in code reviews and knowledge sharing sessions
- Collaborate with team members and Mandarin-speaking stakeholders
- Learn and apply business requirements to assigned tasks
- Continuously improve technical skills and explore new technologies
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related fields
- Fresh graduates or candidates with less than 1 year of experience in Java are welcome
- Basic understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP)
- Familiarity with one or more technologies: Java, SQL, C/C++, C#, XML
- Good problem-solving skills and learning ability
- Ability to work independently as well as within a team
- ✅ Mandarin proficiency (spoken & written) is REQUIRED
- ✅ English proficiency at working level is sufficient
