Key Responsibilities:
- Apply expertise in full-stack design techniques, contributing to the architecture, design, and implementation of complex software solutions.
- Work proficiently across large environments with diverse operating systems and infrastructure, supporting large-scale programs, potentially acting as a firm-wide resource.
- Demonstrate multi-skilled expertise across the complete software development lifecycle (SDLC) and relevant toolsets.
- Lead and cultivate teams working within Agile frameworks, potentially serving as a coach for at least one technical skill.
- Possess a strong understanding and apply techniques such as Continuous Integration, Continuous Delivery, Test Driven Development, Cloud Development, application resiliency, and security best practices.
- Stay abreast of cutting-edge technologies and industry trends, leveraging experience to influence the application of these technologies to support business objectives.
- Design, develop, test, deploy, maintain, and improve high-quality, scalable, and secure Java applications.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including product owners, architects, and other developers.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex technical issues.
- Contribute to code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
