Role Overview
We are looking for a Senior Java Backend Developer who has strong experience with scalable systems and architecture. You will work on core backend services, improve performance, and drive technical excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Design and develop backend services using Java Spring Boot
Own architectural decisions and system design
Optimize performance and ensure high availability
Maintain code quality through strong code reviews
Mentor junior developers
Drive TDD and engineering best practices
Improve CI/CD pipelines
Collaborate with product, QA, and engineering teams
Required Skills
58 years of Java backend development experience
Strong in Java (8/17+), Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Hibernate/JPA
REST API design, versioning error handling
Oracle DB / SQL
Kafka or RabbitMQ
CI/CD Jenkins, GitHub Actions
Strong problem-solving skills
Nice to Have
Elasticsearch
AWS (EC2, S3, RDS, SQS)
Docker Kubernetes
