Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Java Backend Developerwith a strong technical background in development and a comprehensive understanding of business and technical requirements. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with a wide range of technologies and tools, and the ability to effectively communicate across teams to drive projects to completion.
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical expertise in development with 5-7 years of experience.
- Work extensively with the Spring Framework.
- Collaborate on requirement sharing and unblock stories.
- Answer questions on any stories in the board and provide possible ETA.
- Maintain thorough business and technical knowledge of what is deployed in production and review code properly.
- Adhere to coding standards while writing and reviewing code.
- Actively participate in grooming calls by providing suggestions.
- Communicate effectively across teams to ensure project progress.
Requirements:
- 5 to 7 years of experience in software development.
Required Skills:
- Proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, Docker, Oracle, Jenkins GitLab, Kubernetes, and Cassandra/No SQL.
- Experience with GitHub Copilot, Cursor, and Claude.
- Familiarity with tools such as Splunk and Kibana.
- Knowledge of Angular/React js.
