Java Backend Developer

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Backend Developer to join our growing engineering team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in Java Spring Boot, microservices architecture, and hands-on experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes. You will play a critical role in designing and building scalable backend systems that power our core applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, maintain, and enhance backend systems using Java Spring Boot.
• Design, build, and integrate RESTful APIs to support web and mobile applications.
• Implement microservices to ensure scalability, reliability, and performance.
• Use Docker and Kubernetes for application containerization and orchestration.
• Collaborate with front-end developers, QA engineers, and DevOps teams for seamless software delivery.
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code, adhering to best practices and coding standards.
• Conduct code reviews, perform unit testing, and support production deployments.
• Troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement long-term solutions.
• Stay up to date with the latest backend development trends and contribute to continuous improvement of system architecture.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 5+ years of backend development experience with Java Spring Boot.
• Strong knowledge of microservices architecture and REST API development.
• Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes for containerization and orchestration.
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, or equivalent.
• Experience working with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Basic understanding of DevOps principles and collaborative workflows.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and in team environments.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
