Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Java Architect to design and drive scalable, high-performance enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will play a key role in defining architecture, guiding development teams, and ensuring best practices across projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable, secure, and high-performing Java-based applications
- Define system architecture, technical solutions, and integration strategies
- Lead and mentor development teams across multiple projects
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Ensure adherence to coding standards, design principles, and best practices
- Drive performance optimization, scalability, and reliability improvements
- Review code, conduct architecture discussions, and provide technical leadership
- Evaluate and recommend new technologies, tools, and frameworks
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 9–12 years of experience in Java development and architecture
- Strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices architecture
- Experience with RESTful APIs and distributed systems
- Solid understanding of design patterns, OOP principles, and system design
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)
- Knowledge of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Strong experience with databases (SQL & NoSQL)
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
Good to Have
- Experience with event-driven architecture (Kafka, RabbitMQ)
- Exposure to frontend technologies (React/Angular)
- Experience in data engineering or AI/ML-based systems
- Prior experience working with global clients
