We are seeking a seasoned Solution Architect with 12-14 years of comprehensive experience in designing and implementing sophisticated solutions that align with business objectives and adhere to the organization's technology strategy. This role demands a strategic thinker who can effectively bridge the gap between business needs and technical execution.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Stakeholder Engagement and Requirement Analysis

• Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and interpret their requirements.
• Translate business needs into technical specifications, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

2. Architectural Design and Solution Development

• End-to-End Solutions:
• Design comprehensive solutions that integrate applications, infrastructure, data, and integration points using Java 17, Spring Boot, and associated frameworks.
• Create solution blueprints, high-level designs, and detailed technical specifications.
• Technical Feasibility:
• Conduct thorough feasibility studies and technical assessments to evaluate potential solutions.
• Recommend optimal architectural approaches based on assessment outcomes.

3. Technical Governance and Compliance

• Ensure adherence to architectural standards and best practices throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Participate actively in architecture and design reviews, providing insights and ensuring compliance with established guidelines.

5. Technical Leadership and Team Collaboration

• Provide expert technical guidance and leadership to project teams, facilitating problem-solving and strategic decision-making.
• Work collaboratively with cross-border and local teams to ensure the best practices are implemented effectively.

6. Continuous Learning and Industry Awareness

• Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to evaluate their applicability to organizational needs.
• Share insights with teams to foster innovation and continuous improvement.

QUALIFICATION:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
