Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts for APIs and backend systems using Java
Implement API test automation using tools like Rest Assured or Karate
Automate microservices testing and backend functionality
Develop BDD-style automated tests using Cucumber
Create and maintain test suites using TestNG and Selenium for web applications
Collaborate with development teams to integrate automation tests in CI/CD pipelines using Git and Jenkins
Track defects and issues using Jira and support QA processes and methodologies
Perform database validation and testing using SQL / NoSQL knowledge
Stay up-to-date with QA tools, processes, and best practices to improve automation efficiency
