Responsibilities
Job Description
- Translate and compile requirement documents, mock-ups, images, chats, and other project materials.
- Handle translation of support queries, including replies and questions (EN JP).
- Attend meetings and video conferences with developers and product leads, providing interpretation to ensure clear and smooth communication.
- Review email and chat translations prepared by developers or team members and provide suggestions for improvement.
- Perform any additional translation or interpretation tasks as required from time to time.

Additional Information
Essential Skills
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Japanese translation and interpretation in a relevant field.
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Japanese Language or a related discipline.
- JLPT N2 certification is mandatory.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Japanese and English.
- Ability to deliver high-quality translations with minimal or no review required.
- Well-organized, proactive, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
Desired Skills
- Familiarity with computers and experience in the IT industry.
- Prior experience interacting with Japanese teams is an added advantage.
