Job Description

Your Role

  • Provide endtoend bilingual support (Japanese & English) for client communications, meetings, and technical documentation.
  • Act as a bridge between Japanese clients and global delivery teams, ensuring accurate interpretation and understanding of requirements.
  • Participate in client calls, status meetings, and technical discussions, translating business and technical content as required.
  • Support project delivery by ensuring clarity in requirements, issues, and action items between stakeholders.
  • Create, translate, and maintain documents, reports, SOPs, emails, and presentations in Japanese and English.

Your Profile

  • 1+ years of hands-on experience in any IT skill.
  • Japanese language proficiency (JLPT N2 or N3) is required.
  • Strong Japanese language proficiency with JLPT N2 or N1 (N3 may be considered for select roles).
  • Professional proficiency in English (verbal and written).
  • Experience supporting Japanese clients in IT, operations, or corporate environments.
  • Good understanding of business etiquette and communication styles in Japan.
  • Ability to translate technical and nontechnical content accurately.
