Learn SAP functional skills in areas such as SD, FICO, MM, PP, PS, or PM (Plant Maintenance).
Comprehensive classroom-based training followed by on-the-job training will be provided.
Assume a consultant role in ongoing SAP implementation or AMS projects.
Communicate and coordinate with the onsite team/client team for project execution.
Understand the implementation lifecycle using SAP and apply it to project execution.
Gather and document business requirements through client interviews and other research.
Collaborate with clients to develop and document business solutions, ensuring requirements are met.
Create design and configuration documentation for the modules being implemented.
Configure SAP modules based on design requirements.
Assist in the solution, documentation, and testing of technical enhancements to SAP, including Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions, and Workflows.
Prepare training materials and work instructions to train end users and jointly test the delivered solutions.
Prepare and present updates and other presentation materials to internal teams, client teams, and executive leadership throughout the project.
Bilingual – Japanese (JLPT N2), English (Business level).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Japanese and English.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with a quick learning ability.
