We are expanding our team to cater to JK state board students, and we are looking for dedicated, full-time faculty members who can teach from our local studios in these regions.
Open Positions:
Classes 11th & 12th : Botany, Zoology and Maths
Classes 9th & 10th : Biology, English and Maths
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging, curriculum-aligned classroom sessions.
- Prepare academic content such as lesson plans, presentations, and assessments in alignment with the JK Board syllabus.
- Support in live recordings, video lectures, and other studio-based academic deliveries.
- Take responsibility for student doubt resolution, performance tracking, and feedback.
- Collaborate with academic coordinators and content teams to maintain high-quality standards.
- Participate in periodic faculty training, performance evaluations, and academic planning.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in the relevant subject.
- B.Ed. preferred (not mandatory).
- Minimum 12 years of teaching experience in the JK Board curriculum is desirable.
- Must be comfortable with studio-based teaching and willing to work from designated centers.
- Strong communication skills in Hindi or English (depending on medium of instruction).
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Local candidates from Jammu and Kashmir will be given preference.
- Familiarity with regional exam patterns and board paper styles.
- Passionate educators who can connect with students and explain complex topics simply.
- Technically sound to handle digital tools used for live and recorded teaching.
