Required Qualifications

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with Jack Henry ancillary products (payments, digital banking, lending, or reporting tools).
Exposure to modernization initiatives (API enablement, digital channels, core adjacent services).
Experience supporting bank mergers, core conversions, or major SilverLake upgrades.
Familiarity with regulatory requirements impacting core banking (FDIC, FFIEC, SOC, audit support).
Agile or hybrid delivery experience

Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities

Configure, enhance, and support the SilverLake core banking system, including parameters, tables, and core functionality.
Develop and support integrations between SilverLake and downstream systems using Jack Henry tools, APIs, and batch/file-based interfaces.
Support core banking upgrades, releases, and regulatory-driven changes.
Analyze business requirements and translate them into SilverLake configuration or technical solutions.
Provide L2/L3 production support, including issue triage, root-cause analysis, and defect resolution.
Perform data extraction, validation, reconciliation, and reporting from SilverLake.
Collaborate with onshore teams during UAT, go-lives, and post-implementation stabilization.
Maintain technical documentation, configuration guides, and operational runbooks.
Ensure solutions align with U.S. banking security, compliance, and audit standards.
