Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain enterprise-grade applications using J2EE technologies including Spring Boot.
- Design and document technical solutions for complex business requirements across multiple products and projects.
- Guide and mentor development teams, ensuring adherence to design and coding standards.
- Conduct code reviews to maintain code quality and ensure best practices.
- Analyze and resolve complex backlog items, ensuring timely and efficient delivery.
- Provide Level 3 (L3) technical support, including root cause analysis and resolution for critical customer-reported issues.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and customers to provide detailed technical notes and solutions.
- Conduct product/project demos showcasing features and improvements in new versions/releases.
Required Skills & Qualification
- Strong experience in Java/J2EE, Spring Boot, and related frameworks.
- Proficiency in MSSQL, DB2, and Oracle databases, including advanced query and performance tuning skills
- Excellent understanding of software design principles, microservices architecture, and RESTful APIs.
- Experience working with tools like Git, Maven/Gradle, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Experience with Agile methodologies and tools like JIRA.
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
- Familiarity with containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
