Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an IVF Counsellor located in Jaunpur. The IVF Counsellor will support patients undergoing fertility treatments by providing emotional support, education, and guidance throughout their journey. Responsibilities include conducting patient consultations, delivering clear information on treatment options and procedures, maintaining accurate records, and collaborating with the medical team to ensure patient care and satisfaction. The role requires empathy, communication, and expertise in the field of reproductive health.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of reproductive health, including IVF procedures and fertility treatments
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and active listening skills
- Experience in providing emotional support and guidance to individuals or families
- Ability to work collaboratively with healthcare professionals and understand medical processes
- Organizational and record-keeping skills for accurate documentation
- Relevant certifications or training in counseling, psychology, or healthcare (preferred)
- Previous experience in IVF centers or similar healthcare settings is an advantage
- A compassionate and patient-centered approach to counseling
