Role Description

This is a full-time role for the IVD Manufacturing Plant Head, based in near Ahmedabad. The role involves overseeing overall plant operations, including production planning, quality control processes, and resource management. The Plant Head will ensure compliance with industry standards ISO13485, optimize production efficiency, and manage budget. Additional responsibilities include leading cross-functional teams and implementing best practices for production management to achieve organizational goals. The candidate must have worked with software such as SAP, Odoo or any other ERP system for MFG.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Plant Operations and Production Management
• Proven experience with Production Planning and efficient resource allocation
• In-depth knowledge of Quality Control methodologies and practices
• Proficiency in Budgeting and cost management
• Excellent leadership and team-management skills
• Strong ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to optimize processes
• Understanding of compliance within the In-Vitro Diagnostics (IVD) manufacturing industry is a plus
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Biotechnology, or related field
