Location: Bangalore, Chennai and Hyderabad

Mandatory Skills: ITSM, ServiceNow developement, integrations between ServiceNow, CMDB data models, Integrate ServiceNow with external applications

Role Overview

We are looking for a ServiceNow technical expert with strong experience in ITSM implementation, system integrations, and enterprise data migration. The role requires a candidate who can work across platform development, integrations with external applications, and migration of legacy ticketing systems into ServiceNow.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and configure ServiceNow solutions across ITSM modules including Incident, Problem, Change, Service Request, and Knowledge Management.

Perform hands-on platform development including scripting, configurations, and workflow design.

Required Qualifications

  • Develop scalable solutions aligned with ServiceNow development best practices.
  • Integration Architecture
  • Design and implement integrations between ServiceNow and enterprise systems using:
  • REST / SOAP APIs
  • IntegrationHub
  • MID Server
  • Web services
  • Integrate ServiceNow with external applications such as monitoring tools, OSS/BSS platforms, enterprise systems, and ticketing systems.
  • Data Migration & Platform Onboarding
  • Lead migration of ticketing data from legacy tools into ServiceNow.
  • Design and execute data transformation, cleansing, and migration strategies.
  • Implement bulk data import frameworks using Import Sets, Transform Maps, and ETL approaches.
  • Ensure data integrity and consistency during migration activities.
  • CMDB Architecture & Implementation
  • Design and implement CMDB data models aligned with ServiceNow CSDM framework.
  • Implement CI discovery, service mapping, and CMDB data governance practices.
  • Work with enterprise teams to onboard infrastructure, application, and service data into CMDB.
  • Solution Demonstration & Stakeholder Engagement
  • Conduct solution demonstrations and capability presentations for clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Build and maintain demo environments and use cases to showcase ServiceNow platform capabilities.
  • Translate technical architecture into business value explanations for leadership teams and executives.
  • Collaboration & Technical Leadership
  • Collaborate with solution architects, developers, and business analysts in enterprise implementation programs.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior team members.
  • Participate in design discussions, architecture reviews, and solution workshops.
