ServiceNow ITSM Integration Developer

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and support integrations between ServiceNow ITSM and enterprise systems using APIs, middleware, and scripts.
  • Configure and customize ServiceNow (UI Policies, Business Rules, Client Scripts, Workflows, Data Import).
  • Participate in full SDLCanalysis, design, coding, testing, deployment, and support.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of ITSM/ServiceNow development or integration experience.
  • Strong JavaScript and API integration skills (REST/SOAP).
