Job Description

Experience: 3+ years

Location: Hyderabad (Onsite ODC)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle incident, problem, change, and request management processes.
  • Configure, customize, and manage ITSM tools like ServiceNow, BMC Remedy, or equivalent.
  • Support users, troubleshoot issues, and maintain SLAs.
  • Work with stakeholders to enhance workflows and automation.
  • Generate reports and dashboards for IT service performance monitoring.

Required Skills:

  • Hands-on experience with ServiceNow, BMC Remedy, or any ITSM tool.
  • Strong understanding of ITIL best practices.
  • Experience with ticketing systems, SLA management, and workflow automation.
  • Knowledge of scripting (JavaScript, PowerShell, or Python) is a plus.
