Location: Hyderabad (Onsite ODC)
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle incident, problem, change, and request management processes.
- Configure, customize, and manage ITSM tools like ServiceNow, BMC Remedy, or equivalent.
- Support users, troubleshoot issues, and maintain SLAs.
- Work with stakeholders to enhance workflows and automation.
- Generate reports and dashboards for IT service performance monitoring.
Required Skills:
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow, BMC Remedy, or any ITSM tool.
- Strong understanding of ITIL best practices.
- Experience with ticketing systems, SLA management, and workflow automation.
- Knowledge of scripting (JavaScript, PowerShell, or Python) is a plus.
