Job Description

  • Manage and coordinate incident management processes in line with ITIL best practices.
  • Ensure timely resolution and proper escalation of incidents to minimize business impact.
  • Monitor, track, and document incidents accurately within the IT service management tool.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify root causes and implement preventive measures.
  • Maintain communication with stakeholders throughout the incident lifecycle.
  • Participate actively in shift handovers and rotational shifts as required.
