Description
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Hardware Asset Analyst to manage physical IT hardware assets throughout their lifecyclefrom procurement to disposalensuring accurate tracking, compliance, and operational efficiency
Key Responsibilities
- Asset Lifecycle Management: Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of IT hardware assets including receiving, tagging, deployment, maintenance, refresh, and disposal.
- Inventory Accuracy: Maintain precise records of asset location, ownership, and status using ServiceNow HAM Pro and CMDB.
- Process Coordination: Collaborate with procurement, logistics, and IT support teams to ensure timely and compliant asset handling.
- Refresh & End-of-Life Support: Facilitate hardware refresh cycles and coordinate end-of-life activities in alignment with company policies and environmental standards.
- Compliance & Reporting: Support internal and external audits by providing accurate asset data and documentation. Generate reports for stakeholders as needed.
- Stakeholder Communication: Act as a liaison between IT, procurement, and business units to ensure smooth asset operations and resolve issues proactively.
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
- Minimum 5 years total experience, with at least 3 years of relevant hands-on experience working with ServiceNow HAM Pro and related modules.
- Strong understanding of logistics and inventory management systems.
- Basic technical knowledge of IT hardware (e.g., laptops, desktops, servers, peripherals).
- Proficiency in ServiceNow HAM Pro, CMDB, and Discovery modules.
- Experience with procurement platforms such as Coupa.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work cross-functionally.
