What We're Looking For- Solid experience in Italian or Continental kitchens (star hotel or standalone restaurant).
- Strong fundamentals in pasta, risotto, sauces, grills, and classic Italian preparations.
- Ability to maintain high standards of mise-en-place, hygiene, and consistency.
- Passion for learning, creativity, and working in a fast-paced, quality-driven environment.
