IT Testing Manager

Order Orchestration project is under the umbrella of next generation ERP program. Its a multiyear and multi releases program. OO is built on SAP commerce cloud platform responsible for transforming customer purchase order into internal SO. We are looking for an experienced QA who has extensive knowledge in conducting both automation testing and manual testing. Having experiences in telecommunication industry, working directly with business and understanding SAP commerce cloud or S4 Hana.

Preferred skills:

• E2E testing of SAP Commerce/Hybris solution.
• Experience in testing SAPCommerceintegration with S4Hana, ECC and any CPQ systems.
• Relevant software testing certifications include Certified Software Tester (CSTE), ISTQB Agile Tester Certification or Certified associate in software Testing (CAST).
• Knowledge of computer architecture and tools for manual & auto testing, unit testing, integration testing, functional testing and bug-tracking systems.
• Experience with tools like JIRA, Azure DevOps
• Experience in working with test automation tools like Selenium, TOSCA, UFT framework.

Mandatory skills:

• Proficient with Software Testing techniques in an Agile/Scrum framework.
• Strong Commercefunctional expertise to understand business requirements.
• Minimum 2 end to end SAP Hybris implementation.
• Experience in B2Bcommerce and in-depth knowledge of order to cash business processes.
• Experience in load/performance testing using tool like Jmeter.
• Experience in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test cases.
• Good understanding of the REST APIs, request-response structures, and error and status codes.Preferrable to have hands-on experience on API testing with tools like Postman, SoapUI etc.
• Collaborate with QA Engineers to develop effective strategies and test plans
• Work with project developers, business analysts and customer support teams to ensure software solutions meet our user expectations.
• Execute test cases (manual or automated) and analyse results
• Participates in planning, execution and reporting of pre-SIT, SIT and UAT test cycles
• Mentor internal test team and train experienced business teams on SAP Commerce Cloud
• Report bugs and errors to development teams
• Help troubleshoot issues
• Conduct post-release/ post-implementation testing
• Build required documentation and reports.

Collaborates with key stakeholders to analyze ideas and demands for architectural fit and translates detailed business requirements provided by the solution owner into implementable solution including specific technical requirements

Partners with business and IT on solution architecture design. Determines the technologies and proposes overall solution architecture based on enterprise architecture and technology understanding Contributes to cost and benefit analysis. Keeps the alignment between enterprise architecture blueprint and recommendations and solution implementation. Ensures technical integrity, consistency and quality of the solution on every stage of its lifecycle. Solves highly complex technical problems and develops original and innovative solutions with impact on the business.

Defines and documents detailed solution architectural and system designs. Updates solution design documents as needed based on actual implementations. Anticipates internal and external business challenges and / or regulatory issues and drives improvements that create competitive advantage. Provides guidance on projects solution design compliance with enterprise architecture and makes recommendations for alignment, quality and efficiency based on experience. May be assigned to a particular project or program to ensure technical / architectural integrity and consistency of the solution.
