- Perform installation, configuration, and maintenance of computer hardware, networking systems, and peripherals
- Troubleshoot hardware and network issues including LAN, Wi-Fi, printers, and routers
- Provide user support for desktop systems, internet connectivity, and software setup
- Monitor and maintain system performance and uptime
- Maintain inventory of hardware components and network equipment
- Assist in setting up new systems and configuring network access
- Ensure systems are secure and compliant with company IT policies
Educational Qualification:
- BCA / BCS (IT) / MCA / MCS / BE (IT) or equivalent qualification in Information Technology
