Key Responsibilities
Technical Support
- Provide first-line support to users via phone, email, or in-person.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
Hardware & Software Maintenance
- Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals.
- Install, update, and troubleshoot software applications and operating systems.
- Ensure licensing compliance.
Network Administration
- Assist with LAN, WAN, router, switch, and wireless network configuration and troubleshooting.
Security Management
- Implement and maintain antivirus software, firewalls, and data backup systems.
- Ensure cybersecurity measures are in place to protect organizational data.
System Upgrades & Documentation
- Perform routine system upgrades, patches, and preventive maintenance.
- Maintain records, logs, and documentation for IT systems, issues, and resolutions.
User Training
- Provide basic IT training on software applications, security best practices, and organizational IT policies.
