Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Technical Support

  • Provide first-line support to users via phone, email, or in-person.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.

Hardware & Software Maintenance

  • Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals.
  • Install, update, and troubleshoot software applications and operating systems.
  • Ensure licensing compliance.

Network Administration

  • Assist with LAN, WAN, router, switch, and wireless network configuration and troubleshooting.

Security Management

  • Implement and maintain antivirus software, firewalls, and data backup systems.
  • Ensure cybersecurity measures are in place to protect organizational data.

System Upgrades & Documentation

  • Perform routine system upgrades, patches, and preventive maintenance.
  • Maintain records, logs, and documentation for IT systems, issues, and resolutions.

User Training

  • Provide basic IT training on software applications, security best practices, and organizational IT policies.
