Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive IT Technical Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring qualified IT professionals while ensuring a smooth recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities:

Understand client requirements and technical job descriptions
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other platforms
Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates based on skills and experience
Conduct initial HR interviews and coordinate technical rounds
Schedule and follow up on interviews with candidates and hiring managers
Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers
Negotiate salary and handle offer discussions
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
