Role Overview:
We are looking for a driven IT / Technical Recruiter to join a leading Big4 firm in Gurgaon. The role involves managing end-to-end recruitment for technology roles and partnering closely with hiring managers to attract and hire top tech talent across multiple technology domains.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT and technology roles across multiple skill areas.
- Source high-quality candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and other sourcing channels.
- Screen and evaluate candidates to assess technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Coordinate interviews and manage communication between candidates and hiring managers.
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
- Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and track hiring progress in the recruitment system.
Key Requirements:
- 25 years of experience in IT / Technical recruitment.
- Proven experience hiring for technology roles across domains such as Software Engineering, Cloud, and Enterprise Applications.
- Familiarity with hiring for technologies such as Azure, AWS, Salesforce (SFDC), CRM platforms, Python, Java, Oracle, and other software engineering skill sets.
- Strong sourcing capabilities using LinkedIn and other professional platforms.
- Excellent communication and spoken English skills, with the ability to effectively engage with candidates and stakeholders.
- Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to work in a fast-paced hiring environment.
Preferred Background:
Candidates currently working with Big4 / Big6 consulting firms, IT services companies, or reputed recruitment firms will be preferred.
