Job Description

  • Manage and maintain Windows and VMware infrastructure to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, minimizing downtime and ensuring business continuity.
  • Plan and execute system upgrades, patches, and configuration changes.
  • Monitor system performance and implement improvements where necessary.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support IT infrastructure needs.
  • Document system configurations, processes, and troubleshooting procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with security protocols and industry standards.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to users and other IT team members.

The Successful Applicant

A successful IT Systems Engineer - Windows + VMware should have:

  • A degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
  • Hands-on experience with Windows and VMware systems management.
  • Strong knowledge of system monitoring and troubleshooting tools.
