Role- IT Systems Administrator
Location - Chennai(Hybrid)
CTC - Up to 7 LPA(Negotiable based on experience)
We are seeking a skilled and proactive IT Systems Administrator to manage and support a diverse IT infrastructure spanning Windows/Linux servers, desktop environments, cloud platforms, and network systems. The ideal candidate will have strong troubleshooting skills, hands-on experience managing IT assets, and the ability to collaborate effectively with vendors and internal teams to deliver L1L3 technical support.
Key Responsibilities- Server & Desktop Management: Administer Windows/Linux servers and desktop OS (Windows, Ubuntu, macOS); perform patching, configuration, and troubleshooting.
- Network & Security: Configure and maintain firewalls, routers, and switches; work with ISPs; ensure network and endpoint security compliance.
- Cloud & SaaS Platforms: Manage Microsoft 365 (Azure AD) and Google Workspace; configure user roles, policies, and access controls.
- Endpoint & Monitoring Tools: Administer Bitdefender, Teramind, and Insightful tools; monitor system performance, alerts, and investigations.
- MDM & Identity Management: Manage Intune and JumpCloud for device and user access; enforce compliance for remote and mobile users.
- Ticketing & Support: Handle IT requests via ticketing systems and Teams; provide L1L3 technical support and ensure SLA compliance.
- Asset, License & Vendor Management: Maintain IT asset records, monitor licenses and costs, and coordinate with vendors for escalations and renewals.
- Voice & Hosting Support: Manage Dialpad, Twilio, domains, and hosting control panels; ensure uninterrupted communication and web operations.
Required Skills & Qualifications- Proven experience in system administration across Windows and Linux environments.
- Good understanding of networks, cloud services, and IT security.
- Knowledge of PowerShell/Bash scripting preferred.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
