Job Description

  • Design, develop, and implement complex integrations between engineering systems and enterprise business systems
  • Program and maintain non-standard system interfaces and configurations using custom code to support unique business requirements
  • Oversee system security, data integrity, and compliance with AGCO's operating standards and global regulatory mandates
  • Architect future application and infrastructure initiatives, including system upgrades, expansions, and functional enhancements
  • Communicate complex technical solutions, plans, and architectural strategies to internal teams and corporate leadership
  • Manage Windchill customizations, updates, and change deployments across environments
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure end-to-end connectivity and system alignment
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, or equivalent professional experience
  • 7+ years of hands-on experience administering and supporting PTC Windchill PLM systems
  • Strong experience with Windchill installation, patching, upgrades, and environment management
  • Proven expertise in developing, managing, and deploying Windchill customizations and complex integrations
  • Experience communicating technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
