About the Company: We are looking for a motivated and tech-savvy IT Support Trainee to join our team. This role is ideal for someone eager to gain hands-on experience in IT support, troubleshooting, and system maintenance within a fast-paced work environment.
About the Role: This role involves providing technical support and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective problem-solving and communication.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for providing the first-line of telephone/virtual technical support of hardware, Operating Systems, peripherals, sub-systems and/or applications for customers.
- L1 and L2 support to be provided for desktops, printers, operating systems, cloud, etc.
- Applies basic/advanced diagnostic techniques to identify problems, investigate causes and fix tech related failures.
- Takes end to end Ownership of Customer Issues until resolution and follow up as mandated by the process requirements.
- Anticipate customer needs and effectively addressing concerns related to their issue or resolution.
- Up selling and cross-selling brand products and services of Microsoft, HP, Dell, Lenovo etc.
- Responsible for effectively handling customer queries and providing exceptional customer service.
- Maintaining Consistent Productivity and consistently achieving assigned targets.
- Ability to handle clients professionally during all interfaces.
- Meet Call Quality requirements according to Call Monitoring Guidelines.
- Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
Qualifications:
- Degree/diploma in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of computer hardware, operating systems (Windows, MacOS), and networking fundamentals.
- Understanding of AI tools will be preferred.
- Understanding of fundamental networking concepts (IP, DNS, DHCP).
- Strong problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.

Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with AI tools.

Pay range and compensation package:
- Salary per month 22,000 in hand (stipend) plus 3,000 Retention/Loyalty Bonus payable after 1 year completion.
