IT Support Trainee

Job Summary: We are looking for a motivated and tech-savvy IT Support Trainee to join our team. This role is ideal for someone eager to gain hands-on experience in IT support, troubleshooting, and system maintenance within a fast-paced work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Responsible for providing the first-line of telephone/virtual technical support of hardware, Operating Systems, peripherals, sub-systems and/or applications for customers.

L1 and L2 support to be provided for desktops, printers, operating systems, cloud, etc.

Applies basic/advanced diagnostic techniques to identify problems, investigate causes and fix tech related failures.

Takes end to end Ownership of Customer Issues until resolution and follow up as mandated by the process requirements.

Anticipate customer needs and effectively addressing concerns related to their issue or resolution.

Up selling and cross-selling brand products and services of Microsoft, HP, Dell, Lenovo etc.

Responsible for effectively handling customer queries and providing exceptional customer service.

Maintaining Consistent Productivity and consistently achieving assigned targets.

Ability to handle clients professionally during all interfaces.

Meet Call Quality requirements according to Call Monitoring Guidelines.

Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships

Qualifications & Skills:

Degree/diploma in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.

Basic understanding of computer hardware, operating systems (Windows, MacOS), and networking fundamentals.

Understanding of AI tools will be preferred.

Understanding of fundamental networking concepts (IP, DNS, DHCP).

Strong problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.

Salary per month 22,000 in hand (stipend) plus 3,000 Retention/Loyalty Bonus payable after 1 year completion
