Job Title: IT Support Engineer (Field Support)

We are a growing
IT AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) services company providing end-to-end IT infrastructure support for businesses. Our services include desktop and laptop maintenance, networking, printer support, broadband services, server support, CCTV installations, and email configuration.
We are looking for
dedicated IT Support Engineers who enjoy field work and troubleshooting technical issues for clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide onsite IT support to clients across assigned locations
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues in laptops and desktops
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot printers and peripheral devices
- Provide email configuration and troubleshooting support (Outlook, business email, etc.)
- Install and maintain broadband connections and basic networking equipment
- Perform CCTV installation, cabling, and troubleshooting
- Support basic server and network troubleshooting when required
- Maintain documentation of service calls and resolutions
- Coordinate with the internal technical team for escalated issues
- Ensure timely completion of service requests and maintain high customer satisfaction
Required Skills
- Knowledge of computer hardware troubleshooting
- Basic understanding of networking (LAN, routers, switches)
- Experience in printer servicing and configuration
- Knowledge of email setup and troubleshooting
- Understanding of CCTV installation and cabling
- Good problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to travel locally for client visits
Qualification
- Diploma / Degree in Computer Science, IT, Electronics, or related field
- 03 years experience in IT support, field support, or infrastructure services
- Freshers with strong technical knowledge can also apply
