Who are we looking for

Designation : IT Support Engineer

Experience Range : 3+ years

What is the work

  • Provide daily IT support to users for laptops, desktops, peripherals, and applications.
  • Configure, deploy, and maintain Windows and macOS devices (Windows PCs, Mac mini, MacBook laptops).
  • Set up and manage Remote Desktop (RDP) systems and virtual machines.
  • Administer and support Microsoft 365, including Outlook and user access.
  • Troubleshoot issues related to websites, firewalls, VPN (Windows), cloud VMs, and network connectivity.
  • Install, update, and support software applications (Microsoft tools, third-party software, mobile applications).
  • Install and configure network printers.
  • Manage Active Directory, including user provisioning, permissions, onboarding, and offboarding.
  • Handle Intune device management and enforce device compliance policies.
  • Manage DHCP server and IP address allocation.
  • Configure and support Wi-Fi devices, routers, ISPs, and internal networks.
  • Monitor servers, VMs, HDD utilization, antivirus, and physical server health.
  • Manage antivirus server and endpoint security.
  • Maintain IT asset and device records using in-house asset management software.
  • Coordinate with IT vendors for purchases, repairs, renewals, and escalations.
  • Ensure smooth new user onboarding and secure user offboarding processes.
