Join our IT & Broking Operations team and play a key role in keeping our trading systems running smoothly — from application support to infrastructure management.
Job Descrption
- Support trading platforms — Money Maker (Saral), Greek, XTS (BOD/EOD)
- Troubleshoot and resolve trading application issues
- Coordinate with multiple teams for smooth day-to-day operations
- Handle exchange connectivity, troubleshoot issues, and provide technical support.
- Support IT infrastructure — hardware, network, and help desk support
- Maintain tickets, SLAs, and reports for timely issue resolution
- Handle asset management and provide monthly reports
What we're looking for:
- 2+ years experience in IT/trading application support
- Knowledge of Windows OS 10/11, Active Directory (user creation & domain join), and basic networking (TCP/IP, LAN/WAN)
- Skilled in troubleshooting trading software and supporting internal & external customers.
- Strong communication skills & a proactive, self-driven attitude
