Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Provide daily technical support for desktop PCs, laptops, printers, and other enduser equipment.
Maintain and troubleshoot in-premise servers (Windows/Linux) including backup
and patch management.
Manage LAN, routers, switches, firewalls, and other networking devices.
Monitor network performance, perform routine network maintenance, and resolve
connectivity issues.
Handle user account creation, password resets, and Active Directory management.
Install, configure, and upgrade hardware/software as required.
Ensure IT assets are maintained and up to date (inventory and documentation).
Coordinate with vendors for hardware repairs and warranty claims.
Maintain security protocols and assist in periodic audits and compliance activities.
Provide support during software deployments and IT rollouts
Requirements
2–3 years of experience in IT support roles handling PCs, networking, and server
environments.
Strong knowledge of Windows OS, basic Linux, and desktop troubleshooting.
Familiarity with Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, basic firewall rules, and
networking protocols.
Hands-on experience with routers, switches, cabling, and basic server
administration.
Good understanding of data backup and recovery processes.
Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities.
Strong communication and documentation skills.
