Role: IT Support Engineer (End-User & Cloud Support)
Shift: CST Hours
Location: Chennai Onsite.
Job Type: [Full-time]
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field.1 to 2 years of hands-on experience with IT Support Engineer (End-User & Cloud Support).
Deploy and manage applications, configurations, and compliance policies using Microsoft Intune
Troubleshoot device compliance issues, configuration profile errors, and software deployment failures
Perform user account creation, modification, suspension, and deletion in On-Premises Active Directory and Microsoft 365
Implement, manage, and maintain Group Policies (GPOs) based on organizational requirements
Resolve user login, authentication, and access-related incidents
Manage Microsoft 365 user licenses, mailbox access, and perform basic Exchange Online administrative tasks
Provide end-user support for Outlook, Microsoft Teams, and other M365 services
Respond to security alerts, perform initial investigation, and escalate incidents when required
Troubleshoot Windows OS, user environments, and endpoint-related issues
Collaborate with internal IT and security teams to ensure system reliability and compliance
Good verbal and written communication skills
Note: salary based on experience and immediate joiner preference.
