IT support Analyst (Windows)

Technical Skills:

• knowledge of Windows Server operating systems Administration(2012/2016/2019/2022).
• Soundful knowledge of Active Directory, Group Policies (GPO), and DNS/DHCP, Desktop support, MS 365, MS SharePoint, Remote Desktop Servers/ Server Farms.
• Having 6+ years of experience in IT infrastructure support.
• Preferred Candidate from multinational manufacturing.

Soft Skills: Strong communication skills, analytical troubleshooting, and the ability to work in 24/7, on-call, and Rotational shift-based environments.

Certifications: Microsoft Certified: Windows Server Hybrid Administrator Associate, MCSA, or ITIL Foundation is preferred.
